MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 25, 2015 <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-3-64 — GRANTING RUSS FISCHER AN <br />EXTENSION UNTIL APRIL 15, 2015 TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR <br />A BUILDING PERMIT TO RE-ESTABLISH THE NON- <br />CONFORMING USE ON THE PROPERTY AT 200-208 RYAN DRIVE <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED The City Administrator informed the Council that the City has received a <br />SESSION — counter-offer to its offer to purchase 56 Little Canada Road East. The <br />56 LITTLE Administrator recommended that the Council go into closed session to <br />CANADA review this counter-offer as is authorized under State Statute <br />ROAD EAST <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-3-65 — TEMPORARILYADJOURNING THE <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND GOING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS A COUNTER-OFFER FOR THE CITY'S <br />PURCHASE OF 56 LITTLE CANADA ROAD EAST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council went into closed session at 9:00 p.m. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-3-66 -ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />MEETING AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
