MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 22, 2015 <br />CLOSED <br />SESSION — <br />SALE OF <br />3100 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE <br />TOWARD THE COST OF THE PHASE II PRODUCT WITH THE <br />CONDITION THAT THE COMMITTEE CONTINUE IT'S FUND <br />RAISING EFFORTS AND REIMBURSE THE CITY THIS ADVANCE <br />AS SOON AS POSSIBLE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (1) McGraw. Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Attorney recommended that as authorized under State Statute, <br />the Council go into closed session to discuss the sale of 3100 Country <br />Drive, the old Public Works shop. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4-75 — TEMPORARILY ADJOURNING THE <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS THE POTENTIAL SALE OF 3100 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council convened into closed session at 10:10 p.m. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4-76 -ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />MEETING AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 10:26 p.m. <br />The City Attorney reported that at the closed meeting the Council gave the <br />City Administrator direction as to negotiation on the possible sale of 3100 <br />Country Drive, the old Public Works garage, and discussed future other <br />uses of that building. <br />19 <br />
