Two quotes were received. <br />Electra Watchman: $419.40 per year (plus a one-time $99 setup fee) <br />ECSI: $608 per year (no setup fee) <br />Electro Watchman monitors the old Roseville Plumbing building and also installed the <br />card readers and door contacts at the new facility. They have been very easy to work <br />with. <br />Based on the quotes above Staff recommends accepting the quote from Electra <br />Watchman for fire monitoring and inspection services. <br />
