Hanson <br />Our original offer was accepted by the Estate's personal representative. The offer was for <br />$75,000 with the estate being responsible for payment of outstanding liens/judgments and the <br />certification of city costs involving utilities and the McManus zoning action. The City did agree <br />to pay the cost of sealing the existing well on the property, Closing is anticipated to occur on or <br />before June 5th <br />Staff recommends ratification of the revised purchase agreement as presented. <br />
