At this time, Russ has indicated that he is very elose to completing the construction plans for a <br />new building. As well, city staff has spoken with the general contractor for the project, The <br />contractor has indicated plans will be submitted to the City by April 15'x', Russ plans are for <br />construction to begin after road restrictions are lifted (May roughly) and has been told it's about a <br />three month construction project, (City staff would also like to note that on November 1Z 2014, <br />the Council approved the use of a temporary storage container on the properly during this interim <br />time,) <br />City staffs recommendation is to approve an extension for application of the building <br />permit until April 15°i. Additionally, that the storage pod is tied to the building permit <br />being issued and will be removed 30 days after the final inspection is completed. If the <br />building permit is not completed by the above deadline, the storage pod is required to be <br />removed from the site immediately, <br />
