MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 22, 2015 <br />that the Watershed review the landscape plan and make a determination on <br />whether or not it would impact drainage patterns and the wetland in the <br />area. McGraw suggested that the City Attorney review State Law and <br />contact the League relative to right-of-way issues discussed this evening. <br />McGraw also asked that the City Attorney determine whether the City has <br />any say in where vacated property would accrue. <br />Torkelson encouraged the impacted property owners to work together <br />rather than the City making a decision on the matter which could result in <br />a decision that property owners may not be happy with. <br />Kathleen Sweeney, 314 Rose Lane, indicated that she was against the <br />improvement of Rose Lane. Sweeney felt that the issue was more of a <br />neighborhood dispute than anything else. <br />The City Administrator reported that once the research is completed and <br />the Watershed has had a chance to review the Roberto fill and landscape <br />plan, a neighborhood meeting would be held to try to come to a resolution. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m. <br />2 <br />'Tan T.,'I eis, Mayor <br />JoFIanson, City Administrator <br />9 <br />
