MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MAY 11, 2015 He noted, however, that he wanted to state his observations which confirm most of what the Fleur Royale residents have stated. Kim Cossack stated that she wanted to clarify that she was talking about bean bags when she reported that she was always present since the request was to add bean bags to the CUP. She was not talking about horseshoes. The City Attorney recommended that if the Council decides that a review of the CUP is needed, that the Council set that review for a specific date. The City Attorney also indicated that if there are any violations of the CUP, the Council has the authority to bring Gordies in for a review. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2015-5-82 — APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTDOOR RECREATION CONSISTING OF BEAN BAGS, VOLLEYBALL, HORSESHOES, BODY BALL, BOCCE BALL, BOOT HOCKEY, AND BROOM BALL ON MONDAY'S THROUGH FRIDAY'S UNTIL 10 P.M. AS WELL AS SIX WEEKEND TOURNAMENTS PER YEAR SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: *ALLOWING THE USE OF BLACK POLY FENCING FOR THE CORRIDOR AREA FROM GORDIES BACK DOOR TO THE OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA; *REQUIRING THE PLANTING OF SIX ADDITIONAL SPRUCE TREES ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING SPRUCE FOR ADDED SCREENING; *REQUIRING THAT THE OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA BE VACATED BY 10 P.M.; *REQUIRING STAFF IN THE OUTDOOR RECREATION AREA DURING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES; *REQUIRING AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE CUP PERMIT AT THE COUNCIL'S FIRST MEETING IN SEPTEMBER OF EACH YEAR; The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis.
