Hanson <br />At the time of sale of any rental property, a re -inspection will be required if the new <br />owner is continuing the rental use of the property. <br />License Term: <br />The renewal license term will begin July 1, 2015 and will expire on June 30, 2017. <br />Renewal Fees: <br />Single Family & Multiple Family units - $50 per building plus $6 per unit. <br />Condominium units — $25 per unit. <br />The license renewal fee is for a two year license expiring on June 30, 2017. <br />Enclosed is a copy of our rental licensing application. Previously licensed properties <br />need only complete this form and pay the license fee noted above. <br />Forms and fees are due no later than July 15, 2015. <br />All other details of our Rental Licensing Program can be found at the City's website <br />www.ci.little-canada.mn.us under the "Rental Housing Ordinance" tab.
