MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 25, 2007 <br />Blesener noted that the actions before the Council is for the property <br />division, combination, and rezoning. Engineering details will need to be <br />worked out during the building permit process. <br />Allan asked when the project will be presented to the Watershed for <br />review and approval. Poindexter replied that they are on the next agenda <br />for Watershed review. <br />Blesener noted that the storm water holding/leaching system that is being <br />proposed eliminates the need for a holding pond. The City Administrator <br />indicated that this system became necessary as part of the new Watershed <br />standards that were adopted last October. <br />Keis asked if this building addition will address The House's space needs <br />into the future. Poindexter replied that it will address their needs for the <br />foreseeable future. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Montour, the public Bearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-7-177 -APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISIONAND COMBINATION OF 120 FEET OF PROPERTY <br />FROM THE ZOCH PROPERTY AT 2945 CONDIT STREET TO THE <br />HOUSE PROPERTYAT 300 SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OP THE CITY <br />PLANNER THAT THE HOUSE INCREASE THE EVERGREEN <br />PLANTING ON THE SLOPE AND PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF <br />AUTHORIZATION TO GRADE AND PLANT ON THE ADJOINING <br />PROPERTIES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
