MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 3, 2007 <br />Stanke recommended that the property owners have another meeting, and <br />then work with the City to move forward in an amicable manner. He <br />suggested another meeting after the first of the year. <br />Mark Hanson, Frattalone Recycling, indicated that great strides have been <br />made by some of the businesses over the past 10 to 20 years. <br />Montour felt it was like a big neighborhood in the Park, and that neighbors <br />had to look after neighbors. <br />Charlie Speckman indicated that he is looking to move his business into <br />the Park, but would not do so if an IUP process were in place. <br />One owner again commented that the IUP process will lower property <br />values. He noted that there ai•e a lot of businesses in the Park and a lot of <br />people employed there. <br />Blesener thanked the owners for coming.
