MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 26, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />March, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br />ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Producer Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2007-3-68 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 14, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />AUTOMATIC The City Administrator reminded the general public that the City is <br />UTILITY offering an auto-pay program for utility bills. By utilizing this program, <br />BILL PAYMENT utility bill payment can be automatically deducted from either a checking <br />or savings account approximately one week before the due date. Anyone <br />interested in this program should contact Dotty at 651-766-4034. <br />AMENDMENT Mayor Blesener opened the public hearing to consider a request for <br />TO CUP - Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor storage as well <br />200 RYAN DRIVE -as motor vehicle repair in conjunction with an Auto Sales (Indoor) <br />
