MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2007 <br />with the Council again to get it approved. McGraw suggested a special <br />meeting to finalize the development agreement and PUD Permit. <br />Blesener stated that the entire Council would love to see Graba move his <br />business into the City. However, the Council must protect the City and <br />ensure that the improvements proposed will occur. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-I1-303 -TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW THE REMODELING AND <br />OCCUPANCY OFA PORTION OF THE FORMER KNOX <br />BUILDING UNTIL WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2007 SUBJECT <br />TO THE APPLICANT WORKING WITH CITY STAFF TO PUT <br />TOGETHER A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT RELATIVE TO <br />THIS PROPOSAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT Mayor Blesener opened the continued Public Hearing to consider an <br />TO SIGN Amendment to the Zoning Code relative to the regulation of temporary <br />ORDINANCE signs, dynamic and electronic signs, and other permitted sign standards. <br />The City Planner reported that the proposed Sign Ordinance amendment <br />has been reviewed by the City Attorney and the League of Minnesota <br />Cities.
