MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 14, 2007 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of February, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis Mr. Michael McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Attorney Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Patrick Sweeney Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2007-2-28 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 23, 2007 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE JANUARY 24, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JANUARY24, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CALL FOR Mr. Mark Ruff, Ehlers & Associates, presented aPre-Sale Report for BOND SALE - General Obligation (PIR) Fund Bonds for financing of the 2007 Street 2007 Reconstruction and Utility Improvements. Those improvements include IMPROVEMENTS reconstruction of Viking Drive and realignment of the Viking Drive intersection with Rice Street to Minnesota Avenue, reconstruction of Canabury Drive, and the construction of Boss Road. Ruff indicated that the action before the Council this evening is to authorize Ehlers & Associates to solicit competitive bids for the bonds. Bids would be opened on February 28°i in Ehlers office, with a bid award recommendation presented to the Council that evening.
