MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 14, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of <br />February, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-2-28 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 23, 2007 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />JANUARY 24, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />JANUARY24, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CALL FOR Mr. Mark Ruff, Ehlers & Associates, presented aPre-Sale Report for <br />BOND SALE - General Obligation (PIR) Fund Bonds for financing of the 2007 Street <br />2007 Reconstruction and Utility Improvements. Those improvements include <br />IMPROVEMENTS reconstruction of Viking Drive and realignment of the Viking Drive <br />intersection with Rice Street to Minnesota Avenue, reconstruction of <br />Canabury Drive, and the construction of Boss Road. Ruff indicated that <br />the action before the Council this evening is to authorize Ehlers & <br />Associates to solicit competitive bids for the bonds. Bids would be <br />opened on February 28°i in Ehlers office, with a bid award <br />recommendation presented to the Council that evening. <br />
