MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 13, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />June, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Supt. Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Cable TV Producer Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2007-6-13I -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 23, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider vacation of a snow <br />OF SNOW fence easement over a portion of County Road B-2 as was petitioned for <br />FENCE by the Roseville Area School District and St. Jude Medical. <br />EASEMENT <br />ON A The City Administrator reported that the snow fence easement has existed <br />PORTION since 1940. The Administrator reviewed the report of the Public Works <br />OF Superintendent indicating that there is no need for the City to maintain this <br />COUNTY snow fence easement, and to his knowledge it has never been used. The <br />ROAD B-2 Administrator reported that the School District is proposing to sell a <br /> portion of their property along County Road B-2 to St. Jude Medical, and <br /> the vacation will clear up some title issues relative to the sale. <br />
