MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 27, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />June, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following res~ <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />>lution and moved its adoption <br />RESOLUTION NO.2007-6-144 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 13, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, THE JUNE <br />13, 2007 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JUNE l9, 2007 <br />CLOSED COUNCIL MEETINGAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />KEIS Mayor Blesener asked that Council Member Keis and his family be <br />FAMILY kept in people's thoughts and prayers. Council Member Keis' father <br />passed away approximately one month ago and his mother passed away <br />early this week. <br />REZONING Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of <br />&PUD 3201 Country Drive from Business-Warehouse (B-W) District to Planned <br />PERMIT - Unit Development (PUD) and PUD Permit relative to the use of the <br />
