MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 8, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />March, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />WELCOME On behalf of the entire Commission, Knudsen welcomed Chuck <br />TO NEW Pechmann to the Planning Commission. <br />MEMBER <br />MINUTES The February 8, 2007 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />AMENDMENT Mr. Bob Eddy appeared before the Commission relative to the application <br />TO CUP - of Voyageur Motors for an Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />200 RYAN outdoor storage as well as motor vehicle repair in conjunction with an Auto <br />DRIVE - Sales (Indoor) License at 200 Ryan Drive. Mr. Eddy reported that they are <br />VOYAGEUR withdrawing their request for outdoor storage as they are leasing space in <br />MOTORS Ham Lake for this purpose. Mr•. Eddy reported that their business plan is to <br /> continue Internet-based retail auto sales, have some indoor space for the <br /> display of cars, and would also like an auto repair license to do minor auto <br /> repairs of the vehicles they are selling. <br />
