Floor plans verifying parking availability.
e. Final Plat drawings verifying easements for trail, and proposed right of way
vacations, etc.
The City Engineer has also reviewed updated engineering and civil drawings, and has
submitted a separate report regarding those plans.
In addition to the site plan documents, the applicants had submitted additional detail on
the building facades that were reviewed by the Council as a part of the final Council
consideration of the project.
The City Council reviewed the proposal package and approved the PUD and Final Plat
at is meeting on June 22, 2015. The Planning Commission had asked that the
remaining plans be reviewed by the Commission given their late submission for the
June Planning Commission meeting.
