This requirement was adopted <br />by the City a few years ago in order to protect existing neighborhoods from over- <br />development, but with the recognition that lots platted many years ago carried an <br />expectation for the smaller standard. However, an estimate measure on the Ramsey <br />County GIS website shows a dimension of approximately 30 feet. <br />The proposed subdivision will improve the conditions at 3800 Labore Rd by eliminating <br />the current nonconforming setback and lot width. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />The proposed subdivision at 3100 Labore Road and 3800 Labore Rd meet the various <br />dimensional standards of the City's zoning ordinance.
