EXERCISE: COMMUNITY PERSONAS <br />Each city or elected official within a city may have many community personas, <br />so repeat this exercise as needed. For the purpose of today, well work on one. <br />Background: Finish this sentence, "This ideal community member is/has/ <br />needs..." <br />Career: what is their position and role at work? What are they responsible for <br />and what do they love (and dislike) about their job? <br />Information: How do they conduct research? Where do they get their <br />information when making informed decisions? Are they visual'? Do they like <br />reports? Are they emotional or feeling based? <br />Goals: What is their #1 goal? #2? Additional goals? <br />*Interviews with business owners, students, long-time and short -time residents, <br />eta, are a great way to gain additional insight for personas. <br />all.
