MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOVEMBER 8, 2007 <br />purchasing the entire property at this time, so he will have control over the <br />improvements. <br />Knudsen recommended approval of the Development Stage Planned Unit <br />Development Permit to allow the remodeling and occupancy of a portion of <br />the former Knox building at 3202 Country Drive as requested by Jess <br />Graba, Midwest Gymnastics, subject to compliance with the following: <br />*The recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his <br />November 2, 2007 report, except for recommendation #2 which <br />should be deleted; <br />*Submission of a Final Landscape Plan to be reviewed and <br />approved by the City Planner; <br />*Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer with <br />regard to drainage issues. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />TERMS OF It was noted that Tom Duray and Dan Knudsen's terms of office expire <br />OFFICE on December 31, 2007.
