MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA APRIL 23, 2008 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of April, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis Mr. Michael McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT City Administrator City Attorney City Planner Code Enf. Officer Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Patrick Kelly Mr. Steve Grittman Ms. Jessica Jagoe Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO.2008-4-105 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 9, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE APRIL 16, 2008 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FINAL Mayor Blesener opened the public hearing to consider the Final Plat PLAT - for the St. Jude Medical Corporate Campus at County Road B-2/Viking ST. JUDE Drive. He noted that the City Planner, City Engineer, and the Planning MEDICAL Commission has recommended approval of the plat. CORPORATE CAMPUS The City Planner reported that St. Jude Medical recently purchased property fi•om the School District, and the Final Plat reflects the incorporation of this land into the St. Jude site. He further noted that as part of the Final Plat, St. Jude is dedicating an additiona130 feet ofright- of-way for Jackson Street at the northeast corner of the plat. The Planner
