MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 23, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />April, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Code Enf. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2008-4-105 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 9, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />APRIL 16, 2008 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL Mayor Blesener opened the public hearing to consider the Final Plat <br />PLAT - for the St. Jude Medical Corporate Campus at County Road B-2/Viking <br />ST. JUDE Drive. He noted that the City Planner, City Engineer, and the Planning <br />MEDICAL Commission has recommended approval of the plat. <br />CORPORATE <br />CAMPUS The City Planner reported that St. Jude Medical recently purchased <br /> property fi•om the School District, and the Final Plat reflects the <br /> incorporation of this land into the St. Jude site. He further noted that as <br /> part of the Final Plat, St. Jude is dedicating an additiona130 feet ofright- <br /> of-way for Jackson Street at the northeast corner of the plat. The Planner <br />
