MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 22, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />June, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-6-123 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 10, 2015 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JUNE 10, 2015 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />NIGHT TO On behalf of the City, Mayor Keis proclaimed Tuesday, August 4, 2015 <br />UNITE as Night to Unite in the City of Little Canada. <br />PROCLAMATION <br />FINAL PLAT <br />& FINAL <br />STAGE PUD <br />PERMIT - <br />Mayor Keis opened the continued Public Hearing for consideration of the <br />Final Plat for Black Tern Addition as well as Final Stage Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) Permit to allow the construction of a 120 -unit senior <br />housing facility consisting of independent living, assisted living, and <br />
