MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION/ <br />COMBINATION - <br />3088 & 3100 <br />LABORE <br />ROAD — <br />STANEK <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 9, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />July, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Mr. Al Davison <br />Mr. Jeff Heikke <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />ABSENT: Mr. Steve Ledin <br />Ms. Heidi Murphy <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />The May 14, 2015 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved <br />as submitted. <br />The City Planner reported that the property owners at 3088 and 3100 <br />LaBore Road have made application for a property division/lot <br />combination to divide 15 feet from the lot at 3100 LaBore Road and add <br />it to the lot at 3088 LaBore Road. The Planner noted that currently the <br />lot at 3088 LaBore Road is non -conforming relative to lot width and side <br />setback. The addition of the 15 feet to 3088 LaBore Road will bring these <br />two conditions into conformity. The City Planner recommended approval <br />of the property division/combination subject to the condition that the <br />property division and property combination be recorded concurrently at <br />the County. The Planner also recommended approval subject to any <br />comments by the City Engineer. <br />Duray asked the purpose of the property division. The City Planner <br />indicated that the property owners agreed to the division of 15 feet from <br />one lot and adding it to the other. He again noted that this corrects non- <br />
