MINUTES <br />Parks & Recreation Commission <br />September 1, 2005 <br />.,.'ZONE The Director stated that the property where Nadeau Wildlife and Gervais Mill Parks are <br />PARK located was never rezoned from single family residential to public. This item was just <br />PROPERTIES discovered and must have been accidentally overlooked years ago. The zoning of all of our <br />other parks was checked and is appropriate. <br />Broten reeotntnended changing the zoning of Nadeau Wildlife Park and Gervais Mill Park <br />from single family residential to public. <br />Motion seconded by Mans. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />DIRECTOR'S The Director reported on the following items: <br />REPORT <br />Another community survey will be conducted. A workshop session has been scheduled on <br />Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at 6 p.m. to discuss this matter. The Director handed out <br />excerpts from the last Cwo surveys conducted so the Commission could geC a feel for what <br />type of questions were asked. He felt that members of the Commission should be present to <br />give input on parks and recreation. If some cannot attend, he encouraged them to get their <br />input to Sackett Glaser. <br />~JOURN Mans recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Boss. <br />Motion carried G - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
