MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 8, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />May, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Duray recommended approval of the April 10, 2008 minutes as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Helmeke. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />AMENDMENT Duray summarized the process that the City just went through studying <br />TO CUP - and amending the Light-Industrial (I-1). He noted that many property <br />3101 SPRUCE owners in Ryan Industrial Park will likely be coming in for either new <br />STREET - or amended Conditional Use Permits for their properties. Duray pointed <br />LEE ROSSOW out that properties with existing CUP's which do not require modification <br />will be subject to the standards under which the CUP was adopted. New <br />CUP's or amended CUP's will have to abide by the new regulations. <br />The City Planner indicated that Lee Rossow is requesting an amended CUP <br />for outdoor storage providing for an amended site plan, product display <br />areas, and site improvements for his property at 3101 Spruce Street. The <br />Planner noted the information before the Commission on this property <br />which includes the planning report, a report from the Code Enforcement <br />
