MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 26, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />March, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Ms. Kimberly Holien <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2008-3-76 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH l2, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 13, 2008 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUD PERMITS, Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the following <br />COMP SIGN the following Zoning requests made by Temo Sunrooms at 2905 Country <br />PLAN, AND Drive: <br />TEXT PUD Permit for outdoor storage of three unscreened display <br />AMENDMENT - trailers; <br />2905 PUD Permit for outdoor storage of an unscreened commercial <br />COUNTRY dumpster; <br />DRIVE - PUD Permit for outdoor display of a gazebo; <br />TEMO Comprehensive Sign Plan as part of a PUD application; <br />SUNROOMS Text Amendment to increase the maximum number of Massage <br />Therapy Principal Business Licenses to three (3). <br />
