MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MARCH 26, 2008 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of March, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. John Keis Mr. Michael McGraw ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Council Member Council Member City Administrator City Attorney City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. Rick Montour Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Patrick Kelly Ms. Kimberly Holien Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2008-3-76 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH l2, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MARCH 13, 2008 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PUD PERMITS, Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the following COMP SIGN the following Zoning requests made by Temo Sunrooms at 2905 Country PLAN, AND Drive: TEXT PUD Permit for outdoor storage of three unscreened display AMENDMENT - trailers; 2905 PUD Permit for outdoor storage of an unscreened commercial COUNTRY dumpster; DRIVE - PUD Permit for outdoor display of a gazebo; TEMO Comprehensive Sign Plan as part of a PUD application; SUNROOMS Text Amendment to increase the maximum number of Massage Therapy Principal Business Licenses to three (3).
