MINUTES Oh' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 23, 2002 <br />Pwsuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of January, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Anderson indicated that the January 16°i Special Meeting minutes should be <br />corrected to eliminated a duplicate motion on page 4 as well as reflect that he <br />left the meeting early and did not vote on the improvements related to Stark <br />Street and Ryan Drive. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />/tESO1_UT/ON NO. 2002-1-12 -APP2OV/NG THE MINUTES OF THE <br />./ANUARY 9, 2002 REGU/.AR COUNC/I, MEETING, THE ./ANUARY 1 G, <br />2002 WORKSHOP COUNC/1. ML'ET/N(~, AND TH6./ANUARY ]6, 2002 <br />SPEC/AI, C'OUNC'll_ MEETING AS CO/ZRF_C'TED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). 12esolution declared adopted. <br />GOVERNMENT Mayor Fahey welcomed members of 12oseville High School's Government <br />AI:FAIRS Affairs class who were present to observe the Council meeting <br />STUDENTS <br />
