MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 23, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 23"~ day of February, <br />2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />City Plamrer <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Terry Maurer <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jamie Green <br />Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2000-2-38 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 9, 2000 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE FEBRUARY 9, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONCEPT Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has recommended <br />REVIEW - approval of the concept fora 22-unit townhome development at the <br />TOWNHOMES - northeast corner of Little Canada Road and Jackson Street. He also <br />GORDIE HOWE noted that the Parks and Recreation Commission recommended a park <br /> charge of land in lieu of cash. <br />
