MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 1, 2021 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 1St day of December, 2021 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Keis, Council Members McGraw, Fischer, Miller and Torkelson. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Chris Heineman, Finance Director Brenda Malinowski, <br />Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager Bryce Shearen, Public Works Director Bill Dircks, <br />Community Development Director/Planner Corrin Wendell and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi <br />Heller. <br />MINUTES <br />Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2021-12-137 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 17 2021 WORKSHOP AND NOVEMBER 17, 2021 REGULAR <br />MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Parks & Rec/Community Services Director announced the free Cookies with Santa event on <br />Saturday, December 4 from 1:00pm — 3pm at City Hall. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — CONSIDER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT <br />FOR POOLSIDE,121 COUNTY ROAD C EAST <br />The Community Development Director explained that Poolside has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment in order to accommodate a new warehouse, retail addition and a new <br />parking lot. She noted that the property is zoned PUD-C with the underlying B-3 District. She <br />explained that Poolside received approval for their first Planned Unit Development in 2010 to help <br />manage the multiple buildings that are on the site. She stated that 53 parking spaces are required <br />and the site plan has 55 spaces. <br />McGraw asked if the fence that was shown in the rendering would be there. <br />
