MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 27, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of March, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:38 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mrs <br />Jim LaValle <br />Joel R. Hanson <br />Tom Sweeney <br />Steve Grittman <br />Greg Schroeder <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-3-68 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />MARCH 13, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />AEARING- request for vacation of a drainage and utility <br />VACATION easement on the Heritage Office Park property. <br />OF EASEMENT <br />HERITAGE There was no one present from the general public <br />OFFICE PARK wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Fahey, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Scalze noted the recommendation of the City Engineer <br />and Public Works Director supporting the vacation <br />request subject to dedication of a 20-foot drainage and <br />1 <br />
