MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 13, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 13th day of August 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator/Community <br />Relations Manager Laura Linehan, Community Development Director Ben Harrington, Parks and <br />Recreation Director Steve Anderson, City Engineer Eric Seaburg, and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi <br />Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-8421— APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 23, 2025, <br />REGULAR MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Assistant City Administrator reported that the last Art in the Park event will take place on August <br />14th at Lower Spooner Park. On August 11 th, there was record attendance at the farmers market, and <br />the next farmers market will take place on August 18th <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-8-122 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING. - <br />Approval of the Vouchers <br />• Call for a Closed Workshop on August 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. to Discuss Easement <br />Acquisitions <br />• Appoint Ryan Anderson as Public Works Streets & Fleet Supervisor <br />• Authorize Community Building Professional Design Services and Bring Forward 2024 <br />CIP Funds <br />
