MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 139 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 13th day of May 2026 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi <br />Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2026-5-60 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 22, 2026, <br />REGULAR MEETING, MAY 6, 2 02 6, WORKSHOP CLOSED SESSION, AND MAY 6, <br />2026, WORKSHOP AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Assistant City Administrator provided an update on an upcoming Rice Street closure due to <br />construction, which will run through May 15th. The city-wide garage sale starts tomorrow and runs <br />through May 16th, and a map is available online and at City Hall. <br />PROCLAMATION — 2026 POLICE WEEK <br />Mayor Fischer read the proclamation for 2026 Police Week. <br />PROCLAMATION — 2026 PUBLIC WORKS WEEK <br />Mayor Fischer read the proclamation for 2026 Public Works Week. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2026-5-61—APPROVING THE CONSENTAGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING.- <br />9 Approval of the Vouchers <br />
