MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 22, 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 22nd day of June, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the <br />City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, and Miller. <br />Absent: Council Member Schwalbach. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan, <br />Community Development Director Ben Harrington, Parks and Recreation Director Steve <br />Anderson, City Engineer Eric Seaburg, City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller, and Utility Billing and <br />Administrative Support Specialist Evan Glunz. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026-6-89 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 10, 2026 <br />WORKSHOP, THE JUNE 10, 2026 REGULAR MEETING, AND THE JUNE 10, 2026 <br />CLOSED SESSION AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Assistant City Administrator noted a virtual open house on June 241" for the Little Canada <br />Road project for those who were unable to attend the in -person session earlier tonight. The <br />2026 Farmers Market is in full swing and will be open next Monday from 1 to 5 p.m. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026-6-90 -APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />• Approval of the Vouchers <br />• Approve Purchase of a Speed Monitoring Trailer <br />• Approve an Off -Site Gambling Permit for Little Canada Canadian Days, Inc. for July <br />31 - August 2, 2026 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
