MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 8, 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 8' day of July 2026 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the <br />City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Schwalbach, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan, <br />City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller, and Parks and Recreation Director Steve Anderson. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />- - y <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schwalbach. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Qi!I►C01116V[1347►TiIA►�iF <br />PROCLAMATION — PARKS AND RECREATION MONTH <br />Mayor Fischer read the Proclamation for Parks and Recreation Month. <br />The Assistant City Administrator reminded residents to join them for an interactive open house <br />meeting to discuss early concepts for the property at 2828 Condit Street at City Hall on July 14tn <br />from 5 to 7 p.m. On July 151", at Thunder Bay Park, residents can participate in a free mini yoga <br />session from 5:30 to 6 p.m., and Music in the Park will be from 6 to 8 p.m. The Ramsey - <br />Washington County's food scrap pick up program is now available to Little Canada residents; <br />more information can be found at foodscrapspickup.com. The Ice Cream Social will take place <br />on July 301" from 6 to 8 p.m. Night to Unite registration is open, and residents can register their <br />block party on the City website. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />MINNESOTA ELECTION — DAVE TRIPLETT, RAMSEY COUNTY DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF <br />PROPERTY, TAX, RECORDS AND ELECTIONS <br />The City Clerk introduced Dave Triplett, who is present to provide updates on the 2026 elections. <br />
