MINUTES <br />VETERANS <br />MEMORIAL <br />PARK <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of <br />November, 2014 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-11-205 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 22, 2014 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />OCTOBER 2Z 2014 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Acting Mayor Montour reported that the Veterans Memorial Park <br />dedication ceremony was held on Tuesday, November 11`h, Veterans <br />Day. The ceremony was well attended and Montour estimated between <br />150 and 200 people attended. Montour thanked the Veterans Memorial <br />Committee and its Chair Rocky Waite for all their work and dedication to <br />this effort. Montour pointed out that Phase 1 of the project is now <br />complete and the Committee is now planning for Phase II. Montour also <br />noted that pavers are still available, and anyone interested should contact <br />
