MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 28, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of <br />January, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />Council Member Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-145 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 14, 2015 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE JANUARY 14, 2015 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CITY Mayor Keis noted that the City Center remodel has begun as evidenced <br />CENTER in the backdrop behind the Council. He indicated that the remodel will <br />REMODEL result in a nice update to the City Center. The Administrator reported that <br />the remodel will occur over the next several months. <br />
