The owners addressed the council, indicating that their second restaurant in the city <br />73 will hopefully be opening in mid -May and they are interested in serving liquor as part of their menu. <br />74 The city clerk indicated that the application process and required background check is complete and <br />75 the matter is presented to the council for consideration. <br />76 <br />77 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-22 as presented. Council Member <br />78 Maher seconded the motion.
