The owners addressed the council, indicating that their second restaurant in the city 72 <br />will hopefully be opening in mid-May and they are interested in serving liquor as part of their menu. 73 <br />The city clerk indicated that the application process and required background check is complete and 74 <br />the matter is presented to the council for consideration. 75 <br /> 76 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-22 as presented. Council Member 77 <br />Maher seconded the motion.
