The proposed development is a PUD master planned <br />residential community located in the northwest quadrant of I-35E and CSAH 14/Main <br />Street. It contains 12 parcels totaling approximately 372 gross acres and consists of a <br />residential density mix of 706 single family lots and 165 townhome units totaling 871 <br />housing units. The proposed development is called as Watermark. <br /> <br />The Watermark concept plan has been presented and reviewed several times by City <br />staff, Council and advisory boards over the past several years. <br /> <br />• May 5, 2014: Council Work Session <br />o Presentation by Rick Packer, Mattamy Homes <br />o General discussion and overview of the project <br />• June 2, 2014: Council Work Session <br />o Presentation by Rick Packer, Mattamy Homes <br />o Review of variety of housing styles and lot widths <br />• September 24, 2014: Environmental Board <br />o Review of land use application for Concept Plan <br />o General review of site development, open space corridors, <br />environmentally sensitive areas, historic preservation, noise, AUAR <br />• October 6, 2014: Park Board <br />o Review of land use application for Concept Plan <br />o General review of park, trail and sidewalks locations and community <br />center <br />• October 8, 2014: Planning & Zoning Board <br />o Review of land use application for Concept Plan <br />o General review of land use history, comprehensive plan consistency, <br />housing density, rezoning, subdivision ordinance, utilities, public land <br />dedication, AUAR <br />• October 9, 2014: EDAC <br />o Review of land use application for Concept Plan <br />o General review of commercial component
