Overall, <br />Watermark is consistent with the comprehensive plan and compliant with the AUAR and <br />zoning ordinance. Items to be further reviewed are architectural design standards, Street <br />C & D reconfiguration and Street L to Street B trail connection. <br /> <br />The Board held a public hearing on April 13, 2016 and the following comments were <br />made: <br /> <br />1. Planning & Zoning Board Members <br />a. More details on the townhomes are needed <br />b. Discussed mixed use and north-south collector road <br />c. Will there be an HOA? <br />d. Phasing of townhome development <br />e. Pedestrian connection to the commercial property to the south <br />2. Rick Packer, Mattamy Homes <br />a. Watermark will have over 30 different architectural styles of homes. <br />3. Resident Comments <br />a. Three (3) residents from the City of Centerville <br />i.
