The 8-inch sanitary sewer line at Rehbein Street should be extended to the west side of <br />CSAH 54. <br />TRANSPORTATION <br />1. Verifying Street D traffic volumes from the traffic study, dated February 13, 2015 and <br />latest technical memo dated March 25, 2016 prepared by Spack Consulting, still needs to <br />be addressed by the applicant. <br />2. The cul du sac serving lots 132-135 needs to be included in the preliminary plat design <br />for review for grading and traffic circulation. <br />3. Sidewalk shall be installed along the entire north side of Street D. <br />4. The right of way along Street D, lots 131/18/127/136, is 60 feet wide and should be wider <br />to accommodate the higher level roadway, sidewalk and the blacktop trail. A minimum <br />of 66 feet wide is recommended. <br />5. The trail between lots 436 and 437 needs to be within a 20 easement. <br />6.
