A Site Performance Agreement shall be required to secure funds for any road repair needed due <br />to the batch plant operation. <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan <br />No sanitary sewer is required for the batch plant operation. <br />Water Supply Plan <br />A goal of the water supply plan is to provide users affordable potable water that is safe and of <br />high quality for daily consumption and fire demand. The site is served by a 16" watermain. <br />Water use for the batch plant will be approximately 24,000 gallons and the owner will install a <br />water meter to monitor usage. <br />Zoning <br />The property is currently zoned LI, Light Industrial. The <br />temporary batch plant is a temporary operation consistent with the industrial Land Use Scenarios <br />#1, #2 and #3. No negative environmental impacts are anticipated. <br />
