(c) The project intended to be served by the batch plant and a deadline for removal shall be clearly defined. The temporary batch plant will be used by PCI Roads, LLC for a MN/DOT I-35E project. The set up date is June 6, 2016 and shall be removed by June 30, 2016 (d) The Hours of Operation shall be clearly defined.
