(c) The project intended to be served by the batch plant and a deadline for <br />removal shall be clearly defined. <br />The temporary batch plant will be used by PCI Roads, LLC for a MN/DOT I-35E project. The <br />set up date is June 6, 2016 and shall be removed by June 30, 2016 <br />(d) The Hours of Operation shall be clearly defined. <br />Hours of operation shall be consistent with Section 901.03(4)(b): <br />7: 00 a. m. to 7: 00 p. m. <br />Monday through Friday <br />9: 00 a. m. to 5: 00 p. m. <br />Saturday <br />No construction activity allowed <br />Sunday and federal holidays <br />(e) Access to and from the site shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to any site disturbance. <br />Access to the site is from CR 84/0tter Lake Road to Phelps Road. Access has been reviewed by <br />the City Engineer and Anoka County Highway Department. Securities will be required for road <br />damage incurred. <br />(f) A grading, erosion and sediment control plan shall be submitted and <br />approved by the City prior to any site disturbance. <br />The grading, erosion and sediment control plan are part of the MN/DOT plan set. These plans <br />shall be submitted to the City for review prior to approval of the interim use permit. <br />(g) A Storm Water Pollution Prevention plan shall be submitted and approved <br />by the City prior to any site disturbance. <br />The SWPPP is part of the MN/DOT plan set. The SWPPP shall be submitted to the City for <br />review prior to approval of the interim use permit <br />(h) A restoration plan shall be submitted and approved by the City prior to <br />any site disturbance. <br />A restoration plan shall be submitted and approved by the City prior to any site disturbance. <br />(i) All applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency requirements are <br />satisfactorily met. <br />The temporary batch plant has a permit from MPCA under the Industrial Storm Water Multi - <br />Section General Permit MNR050000.
