The following are our review <br />comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant: <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />1. The applicant needs to provide a grading, erosion and sediment control plan for review. <br />A project SWPPP shall be submitted. This is to include existing and proposed contours <br />and a site restoration plan. <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />1. The temporary batch plant does not require a storm sewer system. <br />FLOODPLAIN <br />1. The temporary batch plant does not impact the floodplain. <br />WETLANDS <br />1. The temporary batch plant does not impact wetlands. <br />WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Non -applicable. <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1.
