The Batch <br />Plant will occupy the site for a period of 3 weeks. They will produce concrete for eight days. <br />The remainder of the time will be for Assembly and disassembly of the plant. <br />The plant will be located on the South side of Phelps Road (2190 Phelps Road). Hours of <br />operation are from 6:00am to 8:00pm. The plant will be set up on June 61h and be removed June <br />24, 2016. <br />MN/DOT will include the Plant site as part of their SWPPP plan for Project SP 6281-47. The <br />plant will be set up on a gravel area where we currently recycle Aggregate Base. <br />The haul routes for the project are: <br />I 35E North to Anoka County Road 14 East to Anoka County Road 84 South to the Site. <br />County Road 84 (at Phelps Raod) North to Anoka County Road 14 West to I 35E South to <br />Project. <br />Anoka County Road 84 (at Phelps Road) South to County Road J West to I 35E South to Project. <br />I 35E to County Road J East to Anoka County Road 84 North to Plant Site. <br />These haul routes will be submitted to MN/DOT for inclusion on the maintenance and restoration <br />of haul routes. <br />No grading will be necessary on the site. <br />The plant has a permit from MPCA under the Industrial Storm Water Multi -Section General <br />Permit MNR050000.
