CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-34 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR <br />DRAINAGE PURPOSES OVER AND UNDER PARCEL 5PE, <br />ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is the owner of certain real property described as <br />Parcel 5PE of Anoka Right-of-Way Plat No. 96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is replacing and adding to their system the storm sewer <br />required for the Roundabout Construction Project at the Intersection of County State Aid <br />Highway 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) and County Road 53 (Sunset Ave.); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has requested conveyance of a permanent easement for <br />drainage purposes over said parcel, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes authorizes the conveyance of a permanent easement for drainage purposes over <br />and under parcel 5PE Anoka County plat No. 96. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
