CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-33 <br /> <br />APPROVING PLANS FOR THE COUNTY ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT AT THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 12 <br />(109TH AVE. NE/APOLLO DR.) AND COUNTY ROAD 53 (SUNSET AVE.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has prepared construction plans for a roundabout at the <br />intersection of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) <br />and County Road (CR) 53 (Sunset Ave.) in accordance with Anoka County and the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation standards; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 15-150 approving the Joint Powers <br />Agreement with Anoka County for the Roundabout Construction Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer, WSB and Associates, has reviewed and approved the <br />construction plans for the Roundabout Construction Project; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the plans for the Roundabout Construction Project at the <br />Intersection of County State Aid Highway 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) and <br />County Road 53 (Sunset Ave.). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is authorized to sign the <br />construction plans on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
