Extend the proposed watermain along the east and connect to the proposed watermain at <br />the north and south sides of the building to loop the system. <br />4. Include note that watermain including valves, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances are to <br />be wrapped in polyethylene film. <br />5. Show horizontal separation on plans between sanitary sewer and watermain as 10' min. <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Possible conflicts include the storm sewer crossing near the connection of the sanitary <br />sewer and the building and at approximately 22+00 within the roadway. <br />2. A cleanout will need to be added between the connection of the 8-inch service and the <br />manhole to the west as the length of the service exceeds 70 feet. <br />3. Show the installation of tracer wire for sanitary service. <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Provide storm sewer calculations and drainage area maps with your construction plan <br />submittal to verify the size of pipes and spacing of catch basins. <br />The storm pipe diameters, pipe lengths, and pipe grades need to be identified on the <br />plans. <br />2. The storm sewer is shallow throughout the project site. The applicant shall include City <br />Standard Detail Plate STR-2 and STR-10 regarding shallow pipe installation. <br />3. The applicant shall provide detail for Pond Outlet (weir) Structure. <br />B. PUBLIC ROADWAY REVIEW <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />Same comments as the site plan with the addition of: <br />1. The east side boulevard shall be graded to accommodate a future trail 2.5 feet behind the <br />curb. This should be included in the cross sections. <br />2.
