The <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has reviewed the plat in compliance with <br />Minnesota Statute 505.03, subdivision 2, Plats, and has the following comments: <br />Surveys and Right -of -Way: <br />Please address the following comments: <br />1. This area includes a combination of County Highway Right of Way (R/W) and MnDOT <br />Right of Way. <br />a. The information on the County Highway Right of Way Plat is not currently <br />MnDOT R/W. <br />b. Show the labels to differentiate between the MnDOT R/W and the County R/W. <br />2. There is a jog shown in the existing MnDOT R/W. <br />a. Please coordinate with the MnDOT Surveyor, Mark Beatty (contact information <br />below), for questions concerning the MnDOT R/W in this location. <br />3. MnDOT owns access control through this area. <br />a. ALL WORK, construction and future maintenance must stay on the property. <br />4. There are trees identified as being planted in the MnDOT R/W. <br />a. Please coordinate with Buck Craig (buck.craiggstate.mn.us or 651-234-7911) in <br />our Permits Office as to whether or not these will be allowed. <br />5.
