The <br />following are our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant: <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />1. The SWPPP was approved with the preliminary plat and erosion control is in place. <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />1. No additional comments with the revised submittal. <br />FLOODPLAIN <br />1. Project proposes filling activities in the 100-year floodplain; a LOMR will be required <br />prior to issuing any building permits. <br />2. New Park is proposed within the 100-year floodplain; no permanent enclosed structures <br />will be allowed in the park pursuant with the City's Floodplain Management Ordinance. <br />WETLANDS <br />Project is located within the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Wetland Protection and <br />Management Plan Boundary. New Park will impact existing wetlands; wetland buffers <br />must be established adjacent to remaining wetlands per City and RCWD rules (25-ft <br />minimum, 50-ft average setbacks).
